Sigma Beauty Enchanted eyeshadow palette features 14 reformulated eyeshadow shades in a variety of finishes, mirror, and a dual-end brush – all of it comes in a compact lightweight iridescent packaging.

Enchanted Eyeshadow palette was sold out within just a few weeks after the launch! I was lucky to get it in my PR package before it was available for sale elsewhere, but it just took me a while to finish this post. Just so you know, the Enchanted palette has recently been restocked and you might want to give it a try before it’s sold out again.

Let’s take a closer look at the palette, shade selection, and its formula.
Shade Selection of Enchanted Eyeshadow Palette
As already mentioned, Enchanted Eyeshadow palette includes 14 eyeshadows that come in three different finishes: matte, shimmer and duo-chrome. Here is a

- Quartz – Barely beige – matte
- Sunburst – Daylight marigold – shimmer
- Budding – Peony pink – shimmer
- Innocent – Fair rosewood – matte
- Metamorphosis – Icy rose –
duo – chrome - Loam – Sandy brown – matte
- Terra – Tawny cinnamon – matte
- Electrum – Electric gold – shimmer
- Moonglade – Regal mauve – frost
- Plume – Metallic purple milkweed – metallic
- Cosmos – Galaxy green –
duo-chrome - Claystone – Hickory brown – matte
- Evergreen – Pine green – matte
- Wicked – Blackest black – matte
The wide selection of shades along with matte, shimmer and duo-chrome finishes make this palette super versatile for creating both day and night looks.

While Enchanted shade selection reminds me of the Too Faced Chocolate Gold palette, those from Sigma Beauty are more toned down and more on a neutral side compared to bold Too Faced eyeshadow shades.
Undertones
On the first glance, the palette has more neutral to cool undertones, however, when swatched, I can tell that matte shades such as Quartz and Loam as well as shimmers in Sunburst, Plum and Budding are more on a warmer side, while Electrum and Cosmos have a mix of warm and cool sparkles in it making them wearable across different skin tones. With that being said, all eyeshadows in the Enchanted palette will work across different complexions and undertones by mixing and matching these shades.

Formula
The improved formula of eyeshadows used in Enchanted palette is extremely lightweight and silky, while all of the shades have buildable and blendable coverage. At the same time, once you applied the makeup on your lids, it’s not going to go anywhere, even if you skipped your primer underneath. However, on more humid days I’d still recommend using a good primer as there are barely no eyeshadows that can live through Texas weather.
The sparkes in shimmer and duo-chrome shades are very fine and reflective, while neither of finishes causes fallouts. I did a “water test” trying to wash off the swatches with warm water, and neither of 14 shades moved while I was trying to smudge my honeycomb swatches.
Overall, I love the translucency of duo-chromes and how easy it is to build up the coverage if necessary or wear them like a veil on your eyelids.

I really love the wet effect of dual-cromes Enchanted Eyeshadows work perfectly for day look
I also like to pair a light layer of duo-chromes with my new favorite liquid eyeliner from Sigma Beauty in Wicked.
I took this palette with me on my trip to LA to visit Sephoria House of Beauty Event – I was wearing these eyeshadows for each day and they worked perfectly for both day and night events.

Honestly, I loved this palette from the first sight! As I said, I received the PR package and had some concern about how these shades might work with my complexion, but to my surprise, they look good on me. Indeed, this is a versatile eyeshadow palette that you can use for any occasion, day or night. It is a great one for makeup hoarders and will also be a nice one for people with a minimalistic approach to their makeup collection.
